Parking
Parking is available for Icehouse patrons in the lot adjacent to the courtyard at 2528 Nicollet Ave South, the lot on the North side of the building and the lot located at 2518 Nicollet Ave South.
If you park in any other lot nearby, you will most likely be towed.

Icehouse offers a versatile 4,000-square-foot industrial canvas for private events, accommodating up to 350 guests across a two-level interior, an outdoor terrace, and a spacious courtyard.
